With over 13 years of service dedicated solely to Wise County, Doug continues to grow his business through hard work, dedication and an unwaivering desire to satisfy his customers. The creative mind behind “Watergate Irrigation,” he is known for unexpectedly spraying his employees with sprinklers, while maintaining a progressive job site.

Caliwa White, Sprinkler Repair & Backflow Testing
Son of Doug White, Caliwa White has been installing sprinkler systems, digging and covering trenches, piping, wiring and assisting his father since the age of 10. Caliwa handles the systems that are in need of a little TLC. Thanks to Doug, he is well versed in the technicalities of an irrigation system, but still frequently relies on his father’s knowledge to complete difficult jobs. A full-time employee of the Fort Worth Stock Show & Rodeo, Caliwa utilizes weekends to meet with customers and repair systems.
Humberto Fernandez, Irrigator's Assistant & Sprinkler Repair
Humberto is a full-time employee of Watergate Irrigation and Landscaping, Doug’s right hand man on the job site and crew leader. Able to install a sprinkler system from start to finish and perform other highly skilled tasks, Humberto digs trenches, lays pipe, manages workers and assists Doug with every aspect of the job from start to finish. Humberto has been an employee of Watergate Irrigation for over 7 years.
